Stars are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are intended solely to grant attractive benefits within the framework of our loyalty programme.

The stars you collect can be used exclusively in the online shop as a credit towards the purchase price of new orders. Your points remain valid in accordance with the current programme rules.

In the event of returns or cancellations of orders for which stars have been credited, the corresponding stars will be deducted accordingly.
