The 2023 season unfolded with constant variation: sunny periods, cooler phases and occasional rainfall allowed for slow, even ripening. Ideal conditions for a Riesling with lasting presence – hand-harvested in the early morning hours and matured with patience in the cellar.
FOODPAIRING
Excellent with pan-seared duck breast and orange jus, Thai prawns with lime and coriander, tagliatelle with lemon butter and fresh herbs, baked goat’s cheese with honey, or a light summer vegetable tart.
