Recent years have shown just how much conditions for red wine in Westhofen have evolved. Warm growing seasons and long hours of sunshine have encouraged even ripening, lending substance, fruit and perspective. The east- and south-facing orientation of the vineyards supports the development of aromatic, fully ripe grapes – a red wine with both a future and a clear sense of origin.

Perfect for grilling in the garden or on the balcony: pairs well with grilled vegetables, sausages, lamb chops or pasta with a robust tomato sauce. An uncomplicated companion for convivial evenings.
