2024 PINOT GRIS
Compared to previous years, the 2024 vintage was marked by regular rainfall. The vines were evenly supplied throughout the growing season, allowing for steady development and healthy grape structures. As a result, the Pinot Gris was able to ripen calmly and was deliberately harvested late – a year that rewarded time, precision and close attention, giving the wine its clear structure and poise.
FOODPAIRING
Ideal with finely balanced dishes of natural aromatics: pan-fried fennel with orange zest, pasta with saffron butter and young spinach, or poached Arctic char with cucumber and dill salad. Also an excellent match for goat’s cheese tart, couscous with roasted vegetables and lemon oil.
Pinot Gris
On the nose, fine yellow fruit, pear and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, balanced and composed, with gentle creaminess, moderate acidity and clear structure. Harmonious and precise, finishing fresh and elegant.
